Transparency...
APG manages invoicing, collections and disbursement of the HOA's funds. Unlike many of our competitors, all banking accounts are maintained in the name of the Association, and are accessible to the HOA Board at all times. While authority to disburse funds is compartmentalized to allow a clear audit trail, all Board members have online access to account status and transactions. It's your money, after all! We customize financial reporting to ensure that Board members get the info they need to, in a format that works for them. Reports should inform, not confuse.
And, since no one likes surprise special assessments, APG will help you create a long term plan to accrue funds for large future expenditures.
COVENANTS ENFORCEMENT & ARCHITECTURAL CONTROL
Compliance, Not Conflict...
Everyone supports fair and consistent enforcement of the rules....but no one wants to knock on a neighbor's door. APG is impartial, and our approach is polite and respectful. We support a neighborly approach, with an initial polite 'courtesy letter' instead of threats of fines or worse. APG's proven approach obtains compliance, without causing avoidable conflict.
APG can manage the Modification Request process so member projects are evaluated by the Design Review Board or Architectural Control Committee in a prompt and consistent manner.

"Curb Appeal" starts at the subdivision entrance! Managing landscaping, maintaining the HOA's common areas and keeping the pool and tennis courts in good repair is important to all member's quality of life... and home resale values. Many communities routinely overpay for these services, and are frustrated because they do not perceive good value for their money. APG will help ensure quality work for a fair price, or can help you replace vendors who don't measure up to your standards.

Processes and Accuracy Matter...
The Law and each HOA's governing documents require Boards to perform many tasks in very specific ways on a timeline. Failing to meet these obligations can cause long-lasting problems, and create unhappy members. APG will interpret your Association's documents and make sure that your Board follows its own rules...and the law.
Meeting minutes, resolutions and other association records must be properly created and archived for specific periods of time. APG will help you understand the requirements and meet them.
MEMBER RELATIONS
Happy Members, Happy Board...
Many APG clients hired us because of their inability to get a timely response from previous management companies. We answer! Your APG account manager will share their cell phone number and direct email address with the Board AND the HOA membership. If the Board chooses, APG can send periodic emails or other communications to members to remind them of rules, provide notice of upcoming events, and ensure that they know who to contact. APG exists to serve it's clients.
