How do I know which HOA Management Company is best for my commmunity?

We are nearby! APG limits our service area so we can be responsive and spend more time with our clients and on site, not driving to and from.
If your HOA management company is not local to you, chances are you will only see your manager once or twice a month. Your APG Account Manager is your neighbor, and lives in your community!

Many HOA management companies administer HOA finances, GA law requires companies offering Association Management services to be licensed, and managed by a person who has earned a GA Broker license.
ALL APG Account Managers hold an active GA Broker's license...the highest level Real Estate license available in Georgia. Earning a Broker's license requires meeting the State's most rigorous levels of training, education and experience.
References....
Before making a final decision, take the time to speak with real clients. The internet is a source of lots of info...much of it not very reliable. While online ratings are convenient, they are not always accurate, and can be manipulated.
APG will provide you with REAL references, and will share the names of client communities in your area so you can check us out on your own.
