RAW LAND BROKERAGE
For over 25 years APG has identified and brokered raw land of all types throughout the Atlanta metro area and the Southeastern U.S.
Our approach is unusual in that we endeavor to understand the requirements of land buyers - and find the property that meets their needs. While we represent both sellers and buyers, our expertise in rezonings, environmental issues, permitting, and the final use of the land leads to consistent closings.
ASSOCIATION MANAGEMENT
American Properties Group provides professional management services for Homeowner's Associations in the North Atlanta metro area. We purposely limit our service area so we can be responsive and spend more time on site, not in transit.
APG will responsibly manage your HOA's finances, thoughtfully enforce covenants and rules, coordinate maintenance of common areas, interact with HOA members, and advise the Board on management related topics.
